Holi celebration on the Quad welcomes spring with color and joy
Dakari Tate, a Cal Poly Humboldt wildlife major has face completely covered in flourescent yellow powder for this year's Holi festival in celebration of spring outside the Gutswurrak SAC on Mar 24.
