Wednesday, Aug. 26

7:28 p.m. – Drug Activity

Reports of 7 people smoking marijuana on Granite Ave. near the bridge and forest entrance. When officers arrived, nobody was actively smoking.

3:01 p.m. – Suspicious Circumstances

Two older males were seen looking at someone’s daughter. This was the second time they were seen looking that day.

Thursday, Aug. 27

11:38 p.m. – Patrol Check

Caller reported movement inside Pepperwood Hall as well as lights turning on and off. The building should have been unoccupied and nobody was found inside.

8:02 p.m. – Unknown Problem

Caller reported smoke coming from Pepperwood Hall, the caller was unsure if it was smoke or steam. When on the scene, it was determined to be steam.

Saturday, Aug. 29

1:00 a.m. – Patrol Check

Reports of someone urinating from the second floor balcony of Harry Griffith Hall at night. 

Sunday, Aug. 30

7:53 p.m. – Patrol Check

Reports of a campfire started in the Arcata Community Forest on East Park Rd.
